Project #FlyingDutchmen Full Tour

Project #FlyingDutchmen is complete! We are so excited to begin bringing new, updated rental housing to Greater Grand Rapids, beginning in Downtown Holland. Real Estate Agent, Ty, found one of the very last empty lots downtown Holland. It was the perfect location for the new home we had our hearts set on building. Rentals often lack character, typically filled with cookie-cutter, base grade finishes. Who decided rentals have to be ugly? This home is the first of many we will be bringing to GR! A nordic, minimal design is apparent in this home. We wanted to keep this property bright and fresh, a clean slate for someone to make their own. My favorite elements in this space are the vaulted ceilings, abundance of natural light, vertical kitchen backsplash, Scandinavian color scheme, and blonde hard surface flooring.

Hard to believe this was just a plot of dirt not long ago! We enjoyed watching each piece come together to create this charming, Holland home.
