Cabin Main Floor Primary Bedroom Reveal
The first cabin room reveal is here!! We are starting with one of the coziest rooms in the house, the main floor primary bedroom. In the short time we have been at the cabin, this room has already welcome a few guests including my brother, parents, and some friends, all who came to help put this place together. Having ample room to host was such a joy. Our guests loved this space, and we think you will, too! We went with a whimsical camp theme and had so much adorning this space with both old and new pieces.
Above, you see the original mood board, which we discussed in this post. We were going for "camp style." Primary colors, mixing patterns, and black iron where selected. You'll see that we stuck pretty close to the original design, but made some changes!
Once we started putting artwork around the cabin, we realized that the horse art worked better upstairs, so we hung this mountain art in the main floor primary. It's a pinch smaller than I'd like, so I will likely swap it out and move this piece elsewhere on our next visit. We also opted to drape a plaid flannel over the bed instead of the green Pendleton blanket as we felt like the room needed more color. Nothing says "camp style" more than plaid flannel! These nightstands were a last minute purchase from Target and they are BEAUTIFUL in person! The metal bed was is gorgeous, and super solid for the price! The last switch up was these lamps which feel fun and retro! We picked up the vintage croquet mallets at an antique shop (Etsy source here). Shop each item below!
You can shop the rest of the cabin here! Stayed tune as we have many more room reveals to share and we are as excited as ever to bring you new content! Also, we will be sharing the Airbnb link SOON!!
